1. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday).

During peak seasons, holidays, or sale events, processing times may be slightly extended.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
2. Domestic Shipping (U.S. Only)
We currently only ship within the United States.
No international orders are accepted at this time.
Shipping options offered at checkout may include:

Shipping time begins once your order has been processed and shipped.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, order size, and selected shipping speed.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
5. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address entered at checkout is correct.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once a package is scanned by the carrier, Boutique 1010 is no longer responsible for:

Delivery delays
If you believe your package is lost or stolen, we recommend contacting the carrier directly with your tracking number. We will do our best to assist, but we cannot issue refunds for carrier-related issues.
7. Delivery Confirmation Issues
If your order shows as delivered but you cannot locate it:
