Boutique 1010 Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping at Boutique 1010! We know that sometimes things don’t work out, and we're here to help make your shopping experience as smooth as possible.

Return & Exchange Guidelines:

  • Store Credit Only:
    All returns are for store credit only. 

  • Shipping Costs are paid by customer, unless you opted into the free returns at checkout.

 

  • Return Window:
    You have 7 days from the date of delivery to email start return process to be able to return any unworn, unwashed, and unused items for store credit. Returns must be made within this timeframe to qualify. 

  • Return Process:

    • All returns must be scanned into the mail carrier within 5 days of receiving your return label. If the return is not shipped within this window, the label will expire, and the item will no longer be eligible for return or store credit.

    • To start a return, please access the RETURN PORTAL in our main menu.

  • Condition of Items:
    All returns must have the original tags still attached and be free from any signs of wear, damage, or markings. We reserve the right to deny any returns or exchanges if items show evidence of use, damage, or alterations.

Exclusions:

  • Final Sale Items:
    The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

    • Sale items

    • Mystery bundles, grab bags, or special promotions

    • Accessories

    • Swimwear

    • Seamless items and intimate wear (for hygiene reasons)

Exchanges:

While we do not offer direct exchanges, we encourage you to use your store credit to purchase the desired item in a different size or color.

  • Customer Activity Monitoring:
    At Boutique 1010, we value providing a positive shopping experience for all of our customers. If we notice unusual activity or a high volume of returns from a particular customer, we reserve the right to limit or refuse future orders.
